Yes you can eat paneer after angioplasty. However, only in moderation i.e, three four pieces moderately cut pieces in gravy twice a week.

Since you have undergone angioplasty , you need to be very careful about your diet henceforth. Take fruits like guavas, citrus fruits , pomogranates, papayas.
Eat good amounts of steamed green leafy vegetables, Fibrous diet like oats , ragi, whole wheat.
You can drink skimmed milk. Cut down on fats. Eat food cooked in olive oil. Eat almonds and walnuts to increase high density lipoprotein levels (cardio protective).
Do brisk walk once you are fit for doing daily activities.
