Brief Answer:
unlikely to benefit

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Welcome to hcm.
The garlic has been long believed to be beneficial in high BP and immunity building, and some "Blood purification" mostly by alternative medicine people. Garlic has been studied regarding BP and cholesterol lowering properties and nithing could be substantiated on actual grounds.
So do not stop your BP medicine. If at all you want to try any combination as you have mentioned, better try them as an add on only and in supervision of a qualified physician of your locality.
I hope the advise will be helpful for you.

Brief Answer:
some options

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Welcome back.
You should continued BP medicines.
For natural options for better health you may take Tulsi, Giloy and Shatawari leaves, theses medicines are considered great energizer, immunity boosters and blood purifiers according to Ayurveda followers.
Although personally I have not used them in my patients. You can also use vitamin C which is a natural substance and is available at pharmacies.
I hope the advise will be useful for you.
