Question: Can allergies cause head pressure, numbness, and pain?
I had a mri a few months back. No concerns with ms or any other type of issues, except for sone effects from hypertension.
I fell pressure in my ears and around my eye too

Possibility of primary headache

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
It's unlikely to get headache, numbness and pain due to allergies.
Allergic rhinitis may lead to frontal sinusitis and associated frontal headache.
If MRI is normal then non structural primary cause of headache should be considered.
Most commonly tension type and migraine headache are found in majority of cases.
If your headache is holocranial, pressure, numbness then possibility of tension type headache is more.
Is there any history of nausea, vomiting, photophobia, phonophobia, increase on exertion.
Any family history?
Number of episodes.Any visual complains.
Provide these details also for further analysis of your symptoms.

No issues with phonophobia, or photophobia.
No vomiting od nausea.
My vision seems a cloudy sometimes.
Pressure in my ears.

According to your symptoms possibility of tension type headache is there.
You can take amitriptyline , clonazepam or escitalopram in night for few weeks.
You can also visit a neurologist who can examine you and prescribe you such drugs as these are usually not available over the counter.

In hypertension small lacunar white matter changes may be seen.
You need to maintain healthy lifestyle, adequate diet and controlled blood pressure.
