Question: Can a person trying to detox from alcohol take Tylenol or ibuprofen? What vitamins etc. Should they take? What else should be done if they can't afford to medically detox?

Hi there. thanks for asking. it is of no problem to take tylenol or ibuprofen when a pesron is trying to detox from alcohol. It is good to take magnesium at that period since many people have magnesium deficiency. Vitamin B1 is also very useful at that satge since alcohol ises that vitamin. Furthermore, if somebody becomes anxious or have sleep problem, he should ask the doctor to give him lorazepam or a similar medication to treat those situations. It is also very good to participate in alcoholic anonymos groups since it helps for not going back to alcohol. Let me know if you have any question.
