Suggest Remedy For Fatigue & Headache

my blood pressure reading is 99/65 with a pulse of 65. i had taken two .1 mg. lorazepam 20 mins. previous for anxiety. is this too low. i take bisprolol 10 mg. and have been suffering from alot of headaches and fatigue lately, though i can also attribute my fatigue to sad and depression. i d like to experiement with coming off my meds, can i do this by weening, trying every other day and monitoring bp 2-3 times daily?

Hi,

If you are feeling well with this much of BP then its okay. You can take sufficient salt in your diet to make it a bit raised otherwise. Your low BP might contribute to your headache. Kindly don't stop anti-depressant right now. Consult with your psychiatrist first then follow his advise.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Imranullah, Psychiatrist
