Brief Answer:
Steroids are predominantly responsible for miscarriages

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Miscarriages in your case are strongly related to increased maternal age(greater than 35 years) and concurrent use of steroids for Bronchial Asthma.

Despite normal ovulation, the risk of unpredictable miscarriages will be very high. Hence it's advisable to adequately control the Asthma by appropriate medications.

Likewise it's advisable to use lowest possible dose of steroids. Alternatively, steroid-sparing drugs like Immunomodulatory agents can be considered to minimise the side effects of steroids on pregnancy outcome.

If I got pregnant naturally before will I get pregnant naturally again
doctor
Answered by Dr. Suresh Heijebu (3 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Keep a watch on ovarian reserve.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Natural conception can still be a possibility in your case provided you have an adequate ovarian reserve. This can be tested with measuring blood levels of a hormone called FSH (Follicle stimulating hormone) which can act as a guide for egg release.

Hope I have answered your query.
