Brief Answer:
No good studies on its effect

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Do you have glaucoma or vision disturbances?
Megestrol is synthetic progesterone. Although few studies reported that it can influence the intraocular pressure in the eye there are no great studies on it. The sample sizes were inadequate to draw conclusions.
So in my opinion even if Megestrol increases pressure it should not be significant in non glaucoma eyes.
Hope this helps.
