There is no significant interactions between Tylenol, mucinex and Advil; these drugs can be used together.

But, you have not mentioned about the indication; unless you have severe pain or body aches, Advil need not be taken along with Tylenol. Tylenol alone can take care of mild - moderate pain.

Hi dear,

Pain of sinusitis is better treated with Advil than tylenol. But you can omit Tylenol.
If you are using it as a combination remedy, need not worry in taking them together.

Frequent warm saline gargles and steam inhalation will speed up recovery.
