I had a unprotected oral sex as a receiver from a lady of unknown HIV status on 24th November 2013. after that incident I have had total 8 HIV test's including 2 XXXXXXX test's .kindly see below with timing as mentioned. Received unprotected oral November 24th 2013 Putting all the test's to gether 1.rapid test after 15th day exposure -negative 2. Cmia test after 17th day exposure -negative 3. XXXXXXX after 20th day - XXXXXXX screening done for viral RNA/DNA HBV : NOT DETECTED HCV :NOT DETECTED HIV 1/2 :NOT DETECTED 4. Elisa ( 4 generation as informed by lab to me ) - 33rd day Non - Reactive . 5. XXXXXXX after 57th day - XXXXXXX screening done for viral RNA/DNA HBV : NOT DETECTED HCV :NOT DETECTED HIV 1/2 :NOT DETECTED Exactly 90 days after my exposure: 6. Rapid card which they use in my sister's blood bank =negative 7. Cmia Method ( Hiv 1 & 2 ) = .17 (Non-reactive) 8. Hiv 1 & 2 + P 24 = Negative ( In a different lab ) As far as other STD's I have done VDRL - Rapid card total 4 times 2 times I have done complete urine test I have discussed the scenario with respected Dr XXXXXXX in (HGM) already he said I am totally fine no need for further testing .So I feel bad again to ask him Doubt. Issue is 1.I am having severe cold and fever for the past 2 weeks 2.boils in my armpit 3.Rashes in hands & legs itching. 4.I have some bulgy round boil like thing in my left and right arm joint area ( is it lymp node swelling ) Doubt's: 1.I had the habit of having chewable tobacco for past 12 years can it affect my result any how. 2.I have been taking AZITHROMYCIN for the past 60 days when my test's were taken will it have any effect on my result's 3.Can Hiv remain undetected till 90 days after the contact that to after having 8 test's. 4.The bodily condition's I am facing is it related to hiv. All the test's were done in different time and in different lab's. Regard's XXXX

Sir, Did not tend to double check .. Felt bad to ask you again after you have told me number of times I am free from HIV & other STD's. But feeling happy after receiving reply from your side Sir. Sir I am not putting up any debate some doubt's: 1. Sir i read in a article that P24 are at its best for first few weeks that's why. 2. Some of doctor's in HGM are suggesting 6 & 12 months( but they are not hiv specialist as I found) test should be done i read it today morning which put me in more puzzle. 3. Sir after the HIV enters the body will it immediately connect and start producing copies or will it lie dormant for some time and then start multiplying (just for knowledge if you want to answer) All was going good sir I was completely off this topic had intercourse with my wife till this boil's and fever came up I got panicking .Then the sex with my wife put me in more pressure thinking I have infected her. I am as doing some meditation's also went to some of holy place I was completely clear .. Some reading today morning put me in pressure .. Sorry Sir. Regard's XXXX

Hi Sir, Thank's for the reply. I have taken 3 test's at 90 day's mark 1 rapid + 2 test's ( Cmia + Hiv1/2 + P24 ) I think it is high timing to turn positive. more over all the 3 test's cannot be false negative. Sir i have done 2 test's for XXXXXXX Viral RNA & DNA also 20th and 57th day after the oral incident. I think it looks for the virus itself .. Cmia = 2 times XXXXXXX = 2 times Rapid = 2 times Hiv1 /2 + P24 = 1 time Elisa = 1 time All negative so I should be negative Sir do you recommend any further test seeing this scenario of boils and rashes. Hi sir, Good evening. I have a last and final doubt say like confession also I have had 4 times protected intercourse with different CSW in dubai before my marriage (with out knowledge of hiv) in 2008 then tested in 2009 before marriage consulted with a doctor in chennai he said I am ok to get married as all the sex was protected I was not in much worry and got married after that I was truthful to my wife till this incident happend .. Will the current 8 tests I have taken will cover the past incident also or WILL ANTIBODY & ANTIGEN go to UNDETECED levels after some time . Felt ashamed to tell you the previous incidents sorry sir. The before marriage acts were like bachelor life with friends I did that mistake felt like confessing it to go so you can give me a better judgement sir because these incidents are also putting me in pressure like if I was infected in past may be .. Due you still advice no need for further tests. Sorry sir dont mistake me I should have told you this long back it self .. This will be my last question sorry sir. XXXX

Hi sir, Thank you for the reply. I am indeed stupid or immature at that time I was young. After marriage I did not go out of box only in the present incident as u advice antibodies are detectable for life time so all my antibodies are negative with this reply I have come to complete relax mode. Regarding safe sex I will not ever go to another lady this past 4.5 months have tought me how valuable and short is our life and I dont want to be a person to infect my lovable family for my pleasure .. So sir I Have planned for 2nd kid I have started having intercourse with my wife already . So I will not test further. . Happy week end sir. XXXX
