Can HPV Be Contracted Through Protected Oral Sex?

Question: I had a condom protected oral sex performed on me 20 months ago and a condom protected handjob performed on me 4 months ago. I am now concerned of risks of hpv and hpv warts. What are my risks of catching hpv and the risks that I have transmitted to my wife. Thank you
