Can HIV Be Contracted Through Protected Sex?

Question: sir,
i had sex with sexworker women( he look like hiv + because rashes on his right leg) 20 days before ,using 2 condoms and after sex I remove this condoms with my hand and touched outer area of condom and after quick I washed my hand on my pennies(my pennies contains my semen on it touched with inner area of my pennies ) what is possibility of hiv infection to me,
and
have low temp flu and 2 rash on hand and 1 in backside(i.e small red dot nither itchy nor painful).I does not check condom is leak but looking it's fine
please help me sir I does not sleep from this day to till day.
also blood given for DNC PCR test is this test is usefull for me?
it is true hiv can transmite from condom I am just 21 year old think rest of my life with hiv

Firstly just rash on legs of the partner does not indicate she has HIV. There are many causes for rashes on legs.
Usage of condom definitely reduces chances of HIV transmission to nil. Moreover there is no slippage or tearing of condom.
Just by touching semen does not transmit HIV.
So there is no risk of HIV. You can allay fears.

DNA PCR is a sensitive test after 2 weeks. So it will help you in relieving your anxiety.
You can allay fears of HIV totally after results .

As there is no risk it is almost considered negative.

A final Elisa antibody test after 3 months will totally rule out HIV .
