Brief Answer:
Hi, Glycomet GP 2 contains Metformin that can cause dyspepsia

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Glycomet GP 2 contains Metformin that can cause dyspepsia, gastric irritation, diarrhoea, and constipation in some. The other medicines do not. Actually Orofer XT is the more likely culprit and you can take a mild laxative like soluble isabgol to prevent this, and next time you visit your doctor, you can ask for preparations of iron that contain DOSS, which is a mild laxative and should work better for you. You can revert back to me if you have further queries or close the session. Regards
