Posted on Wed, 15 Mar 2017
Question: Can a 5 month old take children's claritin? He has a rash on his face. I'm using a new brand of baby wipes and I wipe his face after he eats. Please advice. Thanks

Brief Answer:
Claritin

Detailed Answer:
Hello. I just read through your question.
Claritin is not approved for children under 2 years of age. A better choice would be Benadryl, 1/2 teaspoon.
