Bystolic is Nebivolol, which is a beta blocker antihypertensive drug.
The drug as such does not have any big interaction with marijuana but if you have significant cardiac problem back ground like myocardial infarction, arrhythmias or significant hypertension then marijuana may be pretty unsafe pursuit for you.
