Brief Answer:
As follows

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

As you yourself seem to be aware there is no certain way to prevent Alzheimer's. However some interventions have been show to bee linked to a lower risk of developing Alzheimer's. Regular physical exercise is one factor associated with lower risk. Diet is another factor, studies having favored a Mediterranean diet (fruit and vegetables, whole grains, fish, little red meat, nuts, olive oil.
Lowering cardiovascular risk factors is also shown to be beneficial, factors like high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, smoking etc.
Intellectual activity, engaging in study, work, social interactions has also been shown to reduce Alzheimer's risk.

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
