Brief Answer:
Supportive care , no interaction between drugs

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. The list of medications is combination of heart , diabetes and vitamin support and none of these interact with each other and can be taken together. So you can take these together rather you have too as all these are essential ones.

Numbness of feet is likely a side effect of diabetes and heart problem as well and will need supportive care.

As far as the side effects profile are concerned each drug has its own. Isosorbide can cause dizziness, flushing, headache etc. Amlodipine can cause edema, pulmonary edema and other conventional side effects. Glipizide can give dermatological reactions, abdominal pain, constipation etc. If you feel any thing out of the blue, talk to your doctor and let them help you and see if there is any titration in the dose possible.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
