Brief Answer:
Its likely a cervical pain

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The neck, shoulder pain is most likely due to cervical pain, due to compression of nerves between spine. Cardiac pain will not increase on touching or on movements. Also, cardiac pain will hardly persistent for more than 3-4 days. Typically, in heart attack, one will have acute onset pain chest and back and associated with radiation of pain to left arm and with sweating, uneasiness. However, there is no harm in getting ecg done to be sure.

Also, you should get x cervical spine AP/ Lat view and further may need MRI.
You need to visit physiotherapist after x ray and also orthopedist. Till the time you can have tab Neurobion forte once a day which is a nerve vitamin. If this is not helpful then you need to Tab Pregabalin 75 mg bedtime, which is a nerve stabilizer. Also, may local diclofenac gel, and Flexon MR SOS for pain.

Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.

Brief Answer:
Risk appears to be low

Detailed Answer:
Gastritis can be a symptom of heart disease, but percentage of people with gastritis having heart disease is less as gastritis is very prevalent problem. Gastritis itself can cause chest pain, However it's better if you can get ecg so as to clear the doubt.
If heart attack in your mom was predominantly due to smoking which is risk strong factor for attack, so in that case you may not be at high risk. Genetic problems put one into excessive risk.

It can cause feeling of nose block rather than true shortness of breath. However, usually the cause for sinusitis is allergic and they simultaneously have allergic bronchitis, which can cause shortness of breath.

My hearts been racing a lot too I can’t get in too see my dr until next week

Brief Answer:
Heart racing is not usually a sign of heart attack if no other symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,

Heart racing is usually benign. Usually, it's not indicative of heart attack if not associated with other symptoms. But yes, should be evaluated.

Heart racing may be just a palpitation and it increased awareness of normal beat. Now, do you get any chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness with racing, which may indicative of cardiac arrhythmias like atrial fibrillations but usually not immediately life-threatening?

However, you should get the blood pressure and pulse rate checked while the heart is racing. If both are normal then unlikely to be a significant problem.

Also, you may track your pulse rate on the smartwatch. You may order Alivecor Kardia monitor which is XXXXXXX based rhythm monitor and records ECG at home and will help in asserting the cause. If still, it's bothersome, then I'd recommend a visit to the nearest ER for a prompt check-up.

What aside from heart issue can cause high heart rate
doctor
Answered by Dr. Sagar Makode (8 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Okay..Ecg will clarify

Detailed Answer:
No, stuffy nose will not cause heart rate to rise. Increase in heart rate to extent with standing is normal.
Request them for ECG, try to get it whenever your heart is racing in order to pick if something is there. Also, if ecg is normal and also a
auscultation doesn't reveal anything significant then likely these are benign palpitations. Should request echo appointment if anything doubtful on ecg or auscultation. Also, request for thyroid profile.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Brief Answer:
Anemia, anxiety

Detailed Answer:
There are many causes like anxiety, fear or panic, anemia, thyroid problems, exercise or walking, dehydration, fever, low oxygen level in blood, where one would be having shortness of breath.
If tachycardia is occurring only on standing then it can be POTS. Here, the tachycardia is excessive, because tachycardia to some extent is normal. Sometimes, idiopathic called as inappropriate sinus tachycardia, which is atleast after all causes are ruled out.
