Brief Answer:
Not pregnant

Detailed Answer:
The fact remains that she has been post menses twice after the episode of genitals rubbing. It's a fact that if a woman is pregnant, she can't have menses. So pregnancy is out of question.
Still, if you want to confirm, the easiest way to do so is a urine pregnancy test. And doing an ultra sound of the abdomen is also essential. If the 2 test are negative, pregnancy is unlikely. .

Brief Answer:
It would be seen in usg

Detailed Answer:
Ectopic pregnancy would be also detected by a high beta hcg or urinary pregnancy test and a normal ultrasound.

On a review usg, a ectopic pregnancy will be visible too.

So I think it's unlikely.
Best of luck.
