Question: I have been using prescribed epi duo for about a mon h now with the cetaphil face wash that's recommended and it still won't go away. I have been doing it every night and haven't missed a beat, it was getting better but now it's worse than I started with! I know it's supposed to get worse before it gets better but it's already done and passed that stage! what am I doing wrong?
