left cornua endometrial adhesions means what? doctor.
Endometrial adhesions are tissue attachments that run across the cavity of the uterus; if they are located in the corner or cornua of the uterus, they are called cornual. Their significance can be in fertility and endometrial shedding. Simple surgery can help to remove adhesions. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Polycystic ovaries mean presence of number of immature cysts in ovaries.
Normally in an ovarian cycle multiple cysts develop, one matures and ruptures to release mature ovum.
In polycystic ovaries, none of the cysts matures and there is no ovulation.
