What Does It Mean By Retroverted Uterus With Blood Within The Endometrial Cavity ?

My result is Normal Sized retroverted uterus with blood within the endometrial cavity.. What does this mean? Please help.

hello,
it means ur uterus is tilted backwards instead of forwards.in most cases it is from birth but but there are other factors that can cause the uterus to be retroverted like pelvic surgery, pelvic adhesions, endometriosis, fibroids, pelvic inflammatory disease. but it will not cause any problem except some lower back pain. as per blood in the endometrial cavity , ther may be some pathology. better to consult a gynecologist and get clarified. take care
