I went to do ultrasound and was given the report as 'the uterus is bulky and contains gestational sac' what does it mean

Uterus is bulky it means it is enlarged.
in my recent ultrasound scan doctor told me that ther is a small stone in my left kidney. Plz advise how to clear this.
