Yes abdominal ultrasound can detect pregnancy but not in case it is a very early pregnancy.
Conclusive evidence of pregnancy is established only after 2 months of pregnancy but in that case Urine pregnancy test us always positive.
In my opinion get a thyroid hormone level and prolactin level test along with hemoglobin
Also reduction in weight in case you are overweight is also helpful

Yes, I have thyroid and I'm already under medication for that. Off late i feel like my stomach has bloated and hence was a little tensed. An ultrasound carried out 2 weeks back just mentioned that my uterus was normal in size and nothing more so wanted to confirm that if by chance pregnancy existed then it would have been detected through ultrasound ?

So negative pregnancy test and normal ultrasound is quite suggestive of non pregnant status.
Get a repeat thyroid hormone level done and see levels.

Its almost been 4 months since i did a home pregnancy test(which was negative). If i want to be sure that I'm not pregnant then what tests should i go for? As ultrasound was done only 2 weeks back. I want to rule out the possibility of being pregnant.
