how to control TLC
By TLC I assume that you mean Total Leucocyte Count.
If TLC is increased it often indicates an underlying infection.
A differential count and the report of the peripheral smear which are provided with the report also help in determining the cause.
Next appropriate step would be to determine the source of infection (eg. gut, urine etc) and its cause (bacteria, virus etc) and treat accordingly.
