The report you have posted is of CBC .It shows your haemoglobin level which is normal(13-15).Tlc is the white blood cell count it is also normal( 4000-11000 is normal range).Dlc is also normal .No need to worry if you have any other symptom then consult your doctor he will do the needful for you.
