Brief Answer:
It shows increased ESR and low hemoglobin level.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Your findings indicate increased ESR and low hemoglobin level.
There are many possible causes of an elevated ESR.ESR is a non specific marker.
A specific cause cannot be determined based on ESR alone.Generally it is followed up with other tests to diagnose medical condition.Firstly, you need proper clinical examination.
High ESR indicate that person is having some infection or inflammation in the body.

Findings also suggest low hemoglobin level. You should take iron rich foods like green leafy vegetables, jaggery etc.You can take meat if you are non-vegetarian.
You should take iron-zinc and folic acid tablets once daily.

Cause of iron loss should also be searched.Stool examination should also be done for confirming any blood loss through stool.

Other findings are normal.

It is important to know your clinical findings and reasons for investigations.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.
