What Will Happen After Stop Taking Of Aswaganda Tablets?

I have been taking Ashwaganda tablets(it is an ayurvedic adaptogen) for the last 2 years and it offers me good relief from Osteoarthritis pains. It also reduces my stress levels. Is it habit forming. I also read that it could cause hyperthyroidism. What would happen if I stopped taking Ashwagandha, cold turkey?

Dear
You have taken the drug over a long period and it has shown good effect on your health. As far as your question relating to discontinue this medicine is concerned. Have no worry there will be no withdrawal symptoms. You can discontinue or tapper it off as and when you feel like. But proper advice is to take any medicine from any pathy only under expert medical guidance. Body can have different undiagnosed ailments which only expert can advice about drug, dose and duration.
