Suggest Alternate Injection For Diprofas For Osteoarthritis

A friend in Romania asked if I could buy him Diprofos, an injection he received in his country, but no longer available. He suffers of osteoarthritis. I live in California. I did a search on the net and found out that it is not available here in the States. Can it be substituted with something else? Thanks

Diprofos is a medication that contains betamethasone and is used to treat various inflammatory conditions such as osteoarthritis. It is available in many countries but may not be available in the United States. There are other medications available that contain betamethasone and may be used to treat similar conditions. These medications include Celestone and Betnesol, which are available in the US.
