What Should I Do To Get A Good Sleep?
I need some help.. I am not getting sleep ... I take antidepressant and sleeping pill , but no sleep at all ... I feel very tired and nerves have become weak ,, I need to quit medicines and more important have a good sleep .. this has been since more then 9 years now ..now I take minimal doseage , lonazep , 0.25 and mirtaz 30 mg ..
what should I do ?? I have stopped consulting my previous pscychiatrist since 4 years now .

Hello.In the short term, the most effective treatment is pharmacological treatment.
If Clonazepam and Mirtazapine are ineffective, an option would combine Trazodone 100 mg with Zolpidem 10 mg.Please consult your local doctor for assess about replace drugs and for prescription.I wish you good health.
