Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms what you describe could be due to multiple vitamin deficiencies. Hence, please consult an ENT surgeon or physician so that appropriate investigations may be advised. In my opinion you may need vitamin B12 and vitamin D3 level estimations to diagnose and treat.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vijaykumar, Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist
