Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Tinnitus

I am experiencing dizziness and ringing in my ears. The ringing in my ears is getting worse. I have had the dizziness for about a week and a half. I had my ears flushed yesterday thinking it was causing the dizziness but I am still feeling that way. I am considered a prediabetic. Do you have any idea what could be causing this?
