Hello. The main thing is to know the cause of slow heart rate.Your husband must go to a cardiologist. He will examine your husband and will request additional tests(electrocardiogram, heart ultrasound, holter)to know the cause.Pacemaker is a possible solution for slow heart rate if your cardiologist deems it appropriate.I wish you good health.
