Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Sounds like you have an upper respiratory tract infection, it is responsible for the general uneasiness and the ear trouble you are having. Do not blow the ears as this might worsen the infection just wipe any secretions from the nose. Take any anti-cold medication like Sinarest after your meals along with Doxy, give voice rest. I also recommend some decongestant nasal drops like Otrivin for 5 days 3 drops in both the nostrils 3 times a day. If your voice doesn’t improve in a weeks time then consult an ENT and get your vocal cords examined.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
