Hello,

Black vomiting may be due to upper GI bleed or it may be due to iron tablets consumption or bismuth contain antacids.

So you have to get it done upper gi endoscopy to rule out for possible causes of black vomiting.

Avoid intake of pain killer medication or alcohol consumption. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
