Hello,

You have a history of spinal stenosis. You need to get it treated. You are suggested to visit a GP/Orthopedics.

Get physically examined, get investigated, get all required Imaging tests(CT, MRI, EEG) done.

Your treatment will depend upon the severity of the disease detected. Your treating doctor may treat you with medications (pain killers, opioids, anti seizure & anti depressants).

He may suggest steroid injections, physical therapy, decompression procedure.

He may suggest surgery(Laminectomy, laminotomy, laminoplasty or invasive therapy if needed. Get treated at the earliest. Do not look for (or change) medicines by yourself.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
