Hi! Im a transsexual (MtF) and im just about 1 year on hormones. I've also recently become sexually active and have been having some problems. Whenever my genitalia is touched its extremely sensitive and painful, and as you can imagine this has created a lot of issues during sexual relations, it also doesn't help that seeing my penis or thinking about it ruins my sex drive. I figure its worth noting ive never tried masturbating pre hrt and have never had an orgasm. Honestly, I'm just not sure what to try to correct this or what the next step should/could be.
