General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

He may need to get further evaluated. Doing a total blood count and the formula is advisable. Also, an urinary tract ultrasound is advisable as well as MRI. A tumor is suspected.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
