What Causes Irregular Periods And Hair Fall Problem After Taking Minoxidil Injections?

I am having irregular periods. Two years ago I took treatment for hair fall. And the doctor without warning me prescribes minoxidil injections . I took around 10-12. It was only after 6-7 months that the problems started such as irregular periods more hair fall acne breakouts large pores on face hair growth on face decrease in breast size etc. Now I really need to see a doctor. A gynaec . Kindly suggest me a trusted name In south Bangalore

Hi. Did you take some ayurvedic preparations or some other drugs also alongwith Minoxidil inj. for hair loss treatment. a\After this treatment usuALLY THERE IS INITIALLY HAIR FALL in first 3-4 months and then again hair start growing in next 6 - 12 months and you have to continue treatment for maintainence. Now since you were taking injectables and not local application of minoxidil so there was hair growth on your face and other areas also. Even if you happen to touch minoxidil on face or forehead you should clean it immediately.Some preparations also contain Spiranalactone and hence other side effects.
In South Bangalore you can see Dr. Chitra or Dr. Radharao gynecologists or any you know and take prop[er treatment for periods regularity also. Thanks.
