Weird Sensation In Hips On The Right Side, Lower Back Pain. Serious Symptoms?

hi, i cant really explain this but, i have a very weird sensation that comes and goes in my love handle area on my right side. Its not a shap pain or anything, its just a weird sensation. My lower back hurt for a few days but seems better, but im still getting that annoying sensation on my side from time to time it sometimes goes to my hip too. its been going on for 8 days....do you think its serious?

it can be muscle sprain
muscle stiff ness or inflamation
it preeses the nerve leading to pain and numbness in hips
get bed rest
anti inflamatory and analgesic tabs
hot water pack
as the swelling sprain resolves the pressure on nerve decrease to give relief
