Unable To Lift Arm High, Joints Feel Tired, Thyroid Bit Abnormal. Cure For Symptoms?

i have had sore joints shoulders finger joints hip joints a little tired sometime cannot lift my arms up too high to do some jobs around the house feel like i am a nnety year old and am only 57 years old have just had my throid checked and a it is a little under active had the symptoms for about a month and not getting better have had blood tests but nothing showed up except throid a little abnormal

Start proper treatment for thyroid under guidance of your doctor.
At this age, you have to take calcium,b12,d3 supplement because there is beginning of osteoarthritis at this age.
Start alandronate 70 once weekly or ibandronate once monthly empty stomach to prevent osteoarthritis.
Calcium carbonate,calcitriol is advisable.
Take nsaid orally and locally to subside the pain.
Go for walk,mild exercise and yoga.Do warm up exercise regularly to strengthen muscle.
Start all this medicines under guidance of your physician.
