Suggest Treatment For Epilepsy Attacks

Hello Dr.
I have a detail issue regarding my younger brother furqan,he has epilipsey since he was 1 year old...now he is 20+,his epilipsey was controlled by epival syrup (abbot)but now as he grown up his seizures are increased,when he is 10 year old we have found just 1 attack of fit within 3 or 6 months,but now situation become totaly change, we found not only one but 2 attack within a week,eventhough we give him his dose appropriately,my mother is very much tensed now...Dr. Sir kindly help us plz...if you want any more detail we may give you but we need help ....

As u told ur brother have epilepsy since early life with recent increase in frequency of attacks, check whether he is getting proper dose of epival according to his weight. In some cases another drug have to be added depending upon seize type.
Simultaneously watch for side effects of drugs also. Get his Epiles evaluation done. ( MRI brain and EEG).
