Pregnant, Sharp Pricky Pain In The Stomach. Anything To Concern?

I am tweleve weeks pregnate and while i was laying down i suddenly felt sharp achy pain in my left side of my stomach. it is still hurting pretty bad. it hurts worse when i lay on that side and down into my ovariy it is cramping. no bleeding though the pain seems to be consistant i hurts to where i cant sleep. ive had a ultrasound a couple weeks ago everything seemed fine then. please any advice helps.

If your scan was fine ie it confirmed a pregnancy in the uterus , the pain should be nothing serious.

Pregnancy is a time with multiple aches and pains as your body is getting adjusted to the new life within.

But as the pain is still continuing, its advisable to meet your doctor to check as it could be an infection in your bladder or appendix.

You can safely to take paracetamol to manage the pain.
