Need Information About Xarelto And Diltiazem
Recently hospitalized for an infection in my salivary gland and while having a cat scan, my heart rate accelerated and I was moved to intensive care. The two drugs prescribed to me were Xarelto Diltiazem. I see my cardiologist tomorrow, but wanted to know about these two drugs. In the past, the only prescriptive drug was HZT.

Hello.Accelerated heart rate is possible that it was caused by a very common arrhythmia called Atrial Fibrillation. The main complications of Atrial Fibrillation are Thrombosis and accelerated heart rate. Rivaroxaban is an anticoagulant drug that prevents thrombosis. Diltiazem decreases heart rate. The prescription of drugs is right.I wish you good health.
