Neck And Upper Back Pain, Tried Heating Pad With No Relief
About 4 days ago I began having alittle pain in my neck and upper back. Just a slight ache. Over the weekend it got worse and spread through out my body. Now I can t hardley move. Last night I could not even stand for the blanket to touch my body. I do not have any cold or flu symptoms . Even my toes hurt. I have tried a muscle relaxer but that nor tylenol have helped. I also tried warm showers and a heating pad with no relief.

I will advise you to MRI cervical spine for better diagnosis.
For these symptoms analgesic and neurotropic medication can be started.
Till time, avoid lifting weights, Sit with support to back. You can consult physiotherapist for help.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give quick relief.
I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.
