Iv had very tender breast for 6 weeks. This week nipples got sore and developed white spots on tips. One breast developed a small red dot. Iv been having menstrual like stomach cramps especially after urination. Also nausea. I had my period three weeks ago but it was only 2 days long instead of the usual 5 and very light.iv taken multiple pregnancy tests all negative.

Scanty flow in periods can occur due to many causes like hormonal abnormalities, thyroid problems etc. So you wait till your next expected date and if you cross the date go for pregnancy test once. If the test comes negative consult gynecologist once and get evaluated for the cause of hypomenorrhea. And also once go for prolactin levels estimation with her advice.
