Is It Normal To Have Minute Follicles Present In Both Ovaries?

my ultrasound scan report says that endometrial thickness is 10mm and this is the reason for my scanty menstrual flow. Scan is done on 30th april and my menstrual period started on 15th april. Report also says that there are minute follicles present in both ovaries. Anything abnormal found? I am 33y old.

Hi,

Collection of many small immature follicles in ovaries suggest hormonal imbalance and failure of follicular maturity. This need to be investigated by hormonal exanimations of ovarian and pituitary glands to know the basic cause. This would facilitate specific treatment. You should see your gynecologist for actual examination and investigations to enable treatment.
