General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As you have taken POSTPONE 72 an emergency contraceptive pill, you got your menstrual cycle within a week which is normal. It has few side effects like stomach pain, dizziness, headache, breast pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, etc. Also, it causes changes in the menstrual cycle. I suggest you to watch for the next cycle. If there is any delay consult your doctor for further assistance.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya Vasudevan, General & Family Physician
