IBS, Lightheadedness, Dizziness, Irritability, Panic Attacks, Tiredness. On Dopamine. Suggestion?
My husband has had bad IBS for years but recently has been very light headed, dizzy, irritable, panic attacks, and really tired. He often can t get out of bed. He had test ran he has adrenal fatgue he had low dopamine and epinephrine and GABA. He was given some stuff but he s not getting better and the IBS is still really bad

Hello.I think that the pathology of your husband is an anxiety-depressive disorder.All symptoms he has can be caused by anxiety and depression.
Also IBS is related to psychic disorders.
In my opinion Paroxetine 20 mg per day+Alprazolam 0,5 mg thrice a day can be taken for treating his disorder. Please consult your local doctor for a prescription.
