I Have Horrible Cramps, How To Get Rid Of This?
I have really bad cramps, and i have no accsess to hot pads, and drinking water and taking pain pills just isnt helping, its keeping me from sleeping and i dont know what to do. help?

If you would have mentioned which part of your body you are suffering it would have been abit better to advise. Under present circumstance Give rest to yourself.and consult your doctor for the needful. You can also apply some analgesic ointment.Take good amount of milk and milk products.
