I Am Not Showing Any Symptoms Of Being Pregnant. What Could Be Going On ?

I haven't had my period in 3 months. I've taken 4 pregnancy tests , which all came back negative. I'm not showing any symptoms of being pregnant . What could be going on?

You are probably suffering from hormonal imbalance due to which you are not getting periods.Please get a Ultrasound of pelvis to rule out if there is any ovarian cyst .Please consult a Gynaec she will examine & advise you regarding further treatment you need to Thanks
